Senior Analyst of the Braxton Falls Leaden Mace branch. Diligent, determined, smart and despite her unimposing stature, not lacking in authority, she's been described as "Commander Ashmore in a skirt."
Initially liaised with the party during their visit in Braxton Falls,where she tasked Inquisitor Miron Steelsprocket with aiding the capture of the notorious criminal Altonor, resulting in the Thalinde incident. Keeping in touch, and aiding in a couple of other endeavours over time (such as attempts to locate the Vecnan criminal Rosario Paz), she has gained Inquisitor Steelsprocket's unquestioning loyalty and a measure of his romantic affectation (which he keeps secret due to her outranking him).
Gradia Thorngage was the leader of the three-member Braxton Falls task force sent to the town of Yoriver to aid their command in capturing Altonor along with a number of local insurgents; the resulting fubar ended up with her and her subordinates joining the fray on the side of the renegades led by Lieutenant Roy Stanford.
She is known for the capability of ingesting caffeinated beverages of essentially any quality or potency.
