Lorrelon is the capital of Akellon, and the center of all of the kingdom's political leaders. The current human king, Oberon IV, resides here, along with the entire royal family. Diplomats and traders are constantly arriving and departing… as well as adventurers looking for lucrative pay.
Lorrelon is the largest city in Akellon, and as it is both a political center and a trading hub (being situated on a fork in the Long Road River), there is always something going on. It is also the richest city in Akellon; if you're looking for political intrigue, rich patrons, or just that one exotic item that you can't find anywhere else, Lorrelon is an excellent place to look.
It is also a human military center. The Aureate Palm has a compound all its own here, in addition to the king's army.
