Matumaru Tackling People

So, Team Stormblade has just engaged in a battle. Unfortunately, the enemy has decided to run away.

Or, a bystander at a suspicious scene has just taken off full-throttle away from the area, instead of staying around to be questioned. What's a group of heroes to do?

Never fear, for once an NPC took to flight, Matumaru seemed to turn into a linebacker. Many a fleeing NPC found himself or herself pinned to the ground after Matumaru made a flying tackle.
