Mister Moloi

Mister Moloi is an elderly human living in Castleton, and is the proprietor of Moloi's Books in the arcane district. As a bookseller and a former librarian, he is quite knowledgeable about a variety of subjects, but his manner and odd way of moving tend to leave more of an impression on his customers. He has a habit of moving very quietly and very quickly, usually when no one is looking at him. When people are looking directly at him, he tends to freeze, then hurry to the next location as soon as they glance away. The reasons for this odd habit are unclear.
