Tarkanan
Laucivust
The handler for the Piduka group of Tarkanan agents. Kind of a selfish prick, but makes sure his people have what they need, and appreciate how magnanimous he's being in giving it to them. Uses a Valenar double-scimitar, may or may not be a Valenar Elf himself. Sneaky, good at sewing chaos among enemy ranks, don't cross his path in a dark alley.
Yanzabits
Mata Yanzabit
A dour little dwarf woman. A skilled warlord, though more used to having proper armies than the band of mercs she has now. She has yet to adapt to her new lot in life with proper peace going on; though the constant stream of disappointments, both in the quality of her troops and in the missions she's getting paid for will eventually fix that.
Joombas
A good little gnome. Don't mess with his sleep schedule, and he'll give you food.
Flamers
Belfi
Arrogant little dwarf paladin, not the least happy with dealing with 'corrupted' Tarkanans or mercenaries. Oft put in her place by her superiors.
Sister Sissern
An official from Flamekeep working in Tellyn unofficially to broker deals between Tarkanan and the Church. Heavily suspicious of Tarkanan's motives, but willing to do business. Practicality outweighs Flammic rhetoric, it seems.
Seven Leagues
-A mercenary group that attacked the party in pursuit of a bounty that they couldn't collect on. Currently on neutral-good relations.
Two
The implied leader of the group, a powerful human woman who wields a battleaxe and uses techniques similar to Neris.
Three
A powerful divine caster, a peer of Olga. She used powerful Cleric and Druid magic to alter the very terrain to favor her and her allies. She shared the complete contents of her prayer book as reparations to Olga for their bounty-hunting.
Four
A hobgoblin wizard. He used ranged attack spells to whittle down the party from outside their retaliation range, but underestimated their endurance.
Five
A stealthy elf warrior who had the ability to use the shadows in combat, was the only member of the Leagues the party was able to almost incapacitate during their fight. Had a sour attitude.
Six
A knight of some order, he took punishment from all sources during the fight, but didn't return as much damage. He often missed his swings, but kept the damage on him rather than on his squishy friends.
Seven
A goblin female riding on a dog, she did not take part in the fight but pursued Liz and Phantom when they attempted to escape. She was captured for a spell, and had the least combat ability of the Leagues.
Yokels
Brenda Luchrene
The kindly dairy farmer who let Neris stay with her and her boys until the party picked her up. Lost both sons and her husband to the vampiric menace. Committed suicide shortly before the party would have met her again.
The Sheriff
Didn't have a good meeting with Koriakin, believing him to be a monster. Believes Kori's shapeshifting magic is extremely out of the norm and worrisome, was pleasant enough once the party explained the situation.

Teeni al-Uq
A barbarian from the frozen north, Teeni somehow joined with an order of nature-guardians in mainland Thrane as a warrior for freedom. Manifested an aberrant mark, and has boughts of uncontrollable rage.
