Simmera

Simmera is the tiefling Gutterking of East Mess. "Gutterking" is a gender-neutral term, but some refer to her as the Gutterqueen in light of her being the only current female Gutterking.

Simmera has a very lasseiz-faire attitude about her people and district, preferring to watch things happen as opposed to make things happen. She does occasionally enjoy setting gangs against each other on a whim. She is very rarely seen directly except by people and groups she has a special interest in, and even then, only at night. Some suspect that she is, in fact, a vampire, but these rumors seem to be unfounded.
