The legend of a fey fox from the distant forest-lands where few have set foot.
As told by Thomas Lazarus to Teria Toris — Cuthon 6th, 1221 CA
… Say … Have you ever heard … the story of Frisk?
You see, the story goes that Frisk was a Fae Fox from the corners of the world men have never tread on, getting into all kinds of mischief, as is any Fox's wont. I remembered, because you've been ever-so-emphatic about your distaste for cleaning.
It was one of his most notable powers that he could sweep a room clean in a flash of magic. Or sully it up with a puff of dust and old bone bits and smelly things any Fox loves.
He was a force of karmic retribution, you know. If you behave well, and work hard, you might find now and then that there's not quite so much cleaning to do.
… Although, if you fuss and dodge it, he might trick you and muck everything up for yips.
The fae are just capricious like that, you know.
Trivia
- Frisk is, in fact, the animal companion of a fey-loving druid played by Liatai in another campaign that several Akellon players also played in; a cross fox with the ability to cast Prestidigitation due to a feat. Beware!
- Lumisteria later mistook Miacherry for Frisk when they first met outside Tathi's tree-home.
