Victor is a giant of a man, towering over most other members of the Yoriver Leaden Mace at 6 feet 4 inches. However, one often can't tell, since he perpetually slouches and has the social confidence of a mouse. Rarely heard speaking at anything over a mumble and frequently avoiding eye contact, Victor's lack of confidence often leaves him overlooked, and it's frequently a shock to newcomers to see the sign of Heironeous, god of valor, dangling from his necklace. He's often the first to put himself in the line of fire should he be taken out into the field to protect his fellows. His spellcasting ability is quite helpful around the office, despite his humble dismissing of his skills as only his duty. Just don't expect him to make any rousing speeches any time soon.
Victor's lack of social confidence made him a prime target for devil possession during the Yoriver crisis. However, once the Vigilant Guardians destroyed the summoning grid beneath the town, the fiend possessing him vanished. He, along with five other recently-freed Mace officers, was quickly herded into a holding cell, shackled with cursed cold iron cuffs, and poisoned with osyluth venom to ensure compliance while the situation was investigated. The Guardians, and his fellow Mace agents, burst into the room following Rakka, unable to see the invisible osyluth hovering near the ceiling guarding the cells. Victor shouted a warning, and ended up impaled through the chest by the osyluth's tail for it.
Fortunately for him, many healers were on call, and the officers were freed. He offered to help carry several of his fellows who were unable to walk, but was quickly reminded that he had just been impaled through the chest and commanded to rest.
